Mar 19, 2020SDSN Public Opinion Survey on SDG Progress and Challenges

The survey is now closed.

Five years after the adoption of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the global community, the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) is launching a data collection to collect public opinions on progress made and major challenges and barriers faced in implementing the SDGs.

The survey comprises 5 questions. It should take less than 5 minutes to respond. Data from the survey will be used to inform SDSN's work on policy efforts for the SDGs and possibly featured in the next flagship Sustainable Development Report 2020 (SDR2020). More information on our monitoring and policy work.

We would be grateful if you took the survey here: sdgindex.org/survey

About the SDG Index
The Sustainable Development Report (formerly the SDG Index & Dashboards) is the first worldwide study to assess where each country stands with regard to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals. Unlike its predecessor the Millennium Development Goals, the SDGs set standards not only for emerging and developing countries, but also for the industrialized nations. Governments and civil society alike can utilize the Sustainable Development Report to identify priorities for action, understand key implementation challenges, track progress, ensure accountability, and identify gaps that must be closed in order to achieve the SDGs by 2030.

The SDSN and the Bertelsmann Stiftung have been publishing the Sustainable Development Report annually since 2016. It has been in the press around the world. In 2019, the SDG Index methodology was audited by the European Joint Research Centre (JRC).
